Payment hub platforms are critical pieces of bank infrastructure to their users and, as such, play a critical role in overall bank payments modernization strategies. Despite the importance of these platforms, many vendors are not meeting the full needs of their clients.
This report highlights the challenges and needs banks globally are facing when it comes to their payment hub solutions and the state of their relationship with their payment hub vendors. It is based on an extensive series of 25 client interviews conducted in Q3 2022. This consisted of live bank clients of the following payment hub vendors: ACI Worldwide, Alacriti, Bottomline Technologies, CGI Inc., Finastra, FIS, Fiserv Inc., IBM, Icon Solutions, Infosys Finacle, Intellect Design Arena Ltd., Oracle, Pelican AI, Tietoevry, and Volante Technologies.
