June 27, 2023 – Datos Insights’ 12th annual Insurance Technology Impact Awards program reviewed 65 examples of insurer technology initiatives that delivered real business impact. This volume includes the 13 case studies in the data initiatives category. Companion volumes cover core initiatives, digital initiatives, and IT practice case studies. 

Datos Insights’ Insurance Technology Impact Awards recognize IT projects that have created real impact on insurers’ business, premium, and profitability. Many businesses—not just insurers—view IT as a cost center rather than a value enabler. The program highlights the contributions of insurers’ technology teams and provides concrete examples of insurers using technology to sell more, manage risk better, or reduce operating costs.
