As an Associate, you will work directly with our senior team on client-facing projects and consulting engagements. This is an entry-level role designed for applicants with one to two years of professional experience. Graduate students are also welcome to apply. Prior knowledge of insurance, financial services, or technology is not required, although an eagerness to learn is key.
This position focuses on consulting support, project management, and information gathering, and leans more on qualitative than quantitative analysis. Applicants who can analyze and make sense of ambiguous information and think outside the box are encouraged to apply, regardless of degree/background.

Responsibilities include:
- Work with senior team members to create client-facing deliverables and commissioned reports
- Lead project coordination and manage timelines for consulting engagements and special programs or events
- Participate directly in meetings with senior executive clients and provide consulting support
- Communicate appropriately with senior executive clients, solution providers, and members of various teams within Datos Insights
- Analyze and synthesize information to present complex topics in clear, understandable formats
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while working collaboratively and independently as needed
Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. from accredited U.S. college or university, 3.5 or better GPA, any major
- U.S. citizenship or existing work authorization
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- The ability to learn new subject matter quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication
- The ability to work collaboratively and/or independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Perplexity
This role is fully remote, but associates must be willing to travel to client sites and industry events a few times per year.
