Kavitha Venkita has 25 years of experience in launching, growing, and scaling professional services and technology businesses globally. Most recently, she served as Partner and Business Unit Leader at ACA Group, where she led the company's high growth cybersecurity and ESG services divisions, achieving significant improvements in gross retention rates and margins. At ACA, she successfully transformed the majority of the business from consulting projects to recurring subscriptions of tech-enabled advisory services. Previously, she held senior leadership positions at Gartner (following its acquisition of CEB), where she managed profit and loss across IT and government practices and led a global team of 400 staff.
Kavitha holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
