Kate Wade is a strategy and market-insights leader with more than two decades of experience advising insurers, intermediaries, and private-equity investors on growth strategy, competitive positioning, and market and technology trends. She specializes in translating customer, broker, and operational insight into commercial strategies, leveraging qualitative interviewing, survey design, segmentation, benchmarking, and applied AI/advanced analytics to help organizations anticipate change and accelerate value creation. Her work spans property and casualty insurance claims and adjusting services, third-party administrators, and financial services, with a focus on how evolving distribution models, data ecosystems, and customer expectations shape the market.

Kate previously served as Managing Partner of Wade Strategy, where she advised Fortune 500 enterprises, top personal lines carriers, global brokerages, and PE-backed services firms on market assessments, operating-model modernization, and customer-driven growth. Earlier in her career, Kate worked in Accenture’s strategy and insurance group, developing insights and strategic assets to guide insurers through brand, distribution, and technology transformation. She also held strategy leadership roles at Allstate and Arthur J. Gallagher and began her consulting career with The Boston Consulting Group and The Cambridge Group, where she led market segmentation, growth strategy, and organizational transformation engagements across financial services, retail, and consumer industries.

Kate holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Strategy, Marketing Management, and Operations, and a BA from the University of Chicago in Law, Letters, and Society and American History.
