Datos Insights Names 2026 Impact Award Winners in Fraud & AML

Datos Insights today announced the winners and silver medalists of its 2026 Impact Awards in Fraud & AML. The awards recognize organizations across 14 categories whose innovations are transforming how financial institutions detect, prevent, and combat fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.

The financial crime landscape continues to evolve as fraudsters and other bad actors employ increasingly sophisticated techniques to exploit institutional vulnerabilities. Traditional approaches to AML and fraud prevention are becoming insufficient to keep pace with these threats. FIs face mounting pressure to enhance detection and prevention capabilities while improving operational efficiency and customer experience. In response, technology providers and financial institutions are launching advanced tools and capabilities that leverage data analytics, machine learning, and AI to streamline processes, reduce false positives, uncover hidden risks, and provide more complete risk assessments.

“Financial crime is evolving faster than ever, and effective defense requires speed, precision, and institutional alignment,” said Chuck Subrt, Practice Director, Fraud & AML at Datos Insights. “This year’s Datos Insights’ Impact Awards in Fraud & AML celebrate innovations that deliver on all three—solutions powered by AI and real-time decisioning that lower false positives while also reducing risk, integrate disparate data sources, and deliver compliance teams with the intelligence they need to keep pace with threat actors.”

As financial crimes grow more sophisticated and regulatory scrutiny intensifies, the need for innovative solutions has never been greater. Award recipients and their innovations address today’s financial crime challenges, leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of industry fraud and financial crime efforts.
