Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Director to join our team. The role will support our Chief Revenue Officer to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive demand, and support overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, agency and web contractor management, demand generation, campaign management, product marketing, and digital marketing formats. Previous experience in professional services is highly preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3-4 marketing specialists and our in-house design team
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy and workflow that aligns to Sales priorities and overall business goals
  • Refine our Go To Market motion metrics (Suspects>MQL>SQL>Pipeline>Propose>W/L – Total and at Rep Level)
  • Key focus areas include account-based marketing, contact data hygiene, promotion and PR, sales enablement and event-related marketing programs
  • Collaborate with external agencies, web and design contractors to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Lead demand generation projects to drive qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth
  • Work with Revenue Operations to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness
  • Collaborate with research teams to create strong sales enablement materials to reach new customer prospects more effectively
  • Utilize SEO and social media to reach target audiences
  • Oversee the publication of a monthly periodical and the transition to digital format with expanded advertising potential


Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience developing and managing marketing teams
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective B2B marketing strategies
  • Experience in professional services is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
