Tom is the Head of RBR Data Services, Datos Insights’ practice delivering quantitative research to the cards, payments, banking and retail technology sectors. Previously, he was a Director of the former RBR business when the company merged with Aite-Novarica Group in 2022. He originally joined RBR in 2001.

Tom is based in London. He holds an MChem degree from the University of Oxford.
