Charlie Kirchofer is Head of Insurance Operations at Datos Insights. His role includes hiring, training, and mentoring research and consulting associates, project resourcing, and enhancing the team’s strategic contributions to the organization. Prior to this, he was a Lead Associate at Novarica. Charlie previously held roles in market research and commercial due diligence; was a freelance editor, translator, and English and German language instructor; and was professor of Security Studies at UMass Lowell. He has a Ph.D. in War Studies from King’s College London, an M.A. in International Relations from Webster University, Vienna, and a B.A. in Linguistics and German from Binghamton University.
