Women's Network

Women at all levels are shaping insurance technology with fresh perspectives and sharp skills. The Datos Insights Women’s Network, which includes 100 members from 24 companies, connects these established and emerging leaders to provide a platform for mentorship, support, learning, and discussion.

Female IT Leaders and Networking

Networking and individual support make a marked difference in professional success, and many female leaders today have role models to thank for providing positive influence, coaching, and guidance.

As leaders redefine how women support each other through networking and mentorship, leading insurers recognize the importance of those programs for junior and senior women alike.

The Datos Insights Women’s Network supports both emerging and established leaders by helping them build and strengthen professional networks, learn from insurance industry experts, and connect with experienced mentors for professional and personal development.
