We are seeking a Visual Designer to join our innovative Design Team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create visually appealing and professional designs for reports, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials that align with our company branding guidelines
- Translate complex data and research findings into visuals, charts, and graphs
- Assist in developing layouts and templates for various deliverables, ensuring consistency and coherence across projects
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the firm’s visual communication
- Collaborate with other designers, editors, marketers, and subject matter experts to refine design concepts
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Video editing skills are a plus
- A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills and ability to convey complex information visually
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
