Raf Gelders works with Datos Insights' Fraud & AML practice, supporting peer network programming and research for financial crime executives at banks, payment providers, and insurers.
Raf spent 14 years at CEB and Gartner, finishing as VP and Chief of Research, where he co-led the global CIO Agenda Survey across more than 3,700 executive respondents. Alongside his research work, he built a specialism in AI and technology operating model design, advising business and technology leaders on how to restructure their organizations and transform their teams to work in more agile ways. He has since continued this work as an independent advisor to C-suite clients across financial services, insurance, and enterprise technology.
Raf holds a PhD in Comparative Science of Cultures and has published through Cambridge University Press and the University of Chicago Press.
