Parul Kaul-Green

Parul Kaul-Green leads Datos Insights’ global Insurance practice, bringing together the CIO Advisory and InsTech businesses under one leadership. She focuses on the intersection of insurance strategy and technology, working with carriers, reinsurers, and Insurtech on AI adoption, digital transformation, and commercial growth. She has deep expertise in commercial insurance and asset management and advises senior insurance executives on underwriting modernization, technology investment, and market entry strategy.

Most recently, Parul was Founder of Eudaimon Consulting, advising insurers and Insurtech on AI strategy, go-to-market positioning, and commercial growth. Before that, she was Chief Digital Strategy Officer at Liberty Mutual’s Global Risk Solutions, leading digital transformation across a $8 billion specialty and reinsurance portfolio spanning 30 countries. She has also held executive committee roles at AXA XL and AXA UK, leading corporate strategy, M&A, and innovation across the group.

Parul is a well-known voice in the Lloyd’s and London Market and a regular panelist at industry events including ITC Vegas. She has spoken and written extensively on AI risk, underwriting, and insurance M&A.

Parul is an economist by training and a CFA charter holder. She was recognized in the Top 10 Powerful Women in Insurtech and Fintech in Europe, is a member of the Global 100 Women in Fintech and is author of Material Facts- insurance industry strategy and transformation weekly newsletter and co-author of The AI Book.
