Appointment unites the Insurance Advisory and InsTech businesses under a single global Insurance practice
Datos Insights, a leading research and advisory partner to the banking, insurance, and securities industries, today announced that Parul Kaul-Green has joined the firm as Global Managing Director, Insurance. Kaul-Green will lead Datos Insights’ global Insurance practice, bringing the firm’s Insurance Advisory and InsTech businesses together under one leadership for the first time.
Kaul-Green joins Datos Insights from Eudaimon Consulting, the firm she founded to advise insurers and insurtech companies on AI strategy, go-to-market positioning, and commercial growth. Before founding Eudaimon, she was Chief Digital Strategy Officer at Liberty Mutual’s Global Risk Solutions, where she led digital transformation across an US$8 billion specialty and reinsurance portfolio spanning 30 countries. She also held executive committee roles at AXA XL and AXA UK, leading corporate strategy, M&A, and innovation across the group.
Kaul-Green is a well-known voice in the Lloyd’s and London Market and a regular panelist at industry events including ITC Vegas. She is an economist by training and a CFA charter holder, was recognized among the Top 10 Powerful Women in Insurtech and Fintech in Europe, and is a member of the Global 100 Women in Fintech. She writes Material Facts, a weekly newsletter on insurance industry strategy and transformation, and is co-author of The AI Book.
In her new role, Kaul-Green will work with carriers, reinsurers, and insurtech firms on AI adoption, digital transformation, and commercial growth, and will advise senior insurance executives on underwriting modernization, technology investment, and market entry strategy.
“Carriers are under pressure to move on AI, but most are still working out where to start and who to trust for a straight answer,” said Kaul-Green. “I’ve sat on both sides of that conversation, inside a carrier’s leadership team and as an independent adviser, and that’s exactly the perspective Datos Insights lets me bring to clients. Bringing Datos’ Insurance Advisory and InsTech together also means we can offer one team that understands both the technology decision and the market it needs to work in.”
“Parul brings the kind of experience that’s hard to find in one person: two decades inside carrier leadership and a track record advising the market independently,” said Kavitha Venkita, Chief Executive Officer of Datos Insights. “We’re excited to unite our insurance businesses under her leadership and give our clients a single global Insurance practice with deeper bench strength and a broader view of the market.”
Kaul-Green’s appointment signals the next phase of integration following Datos Insights’ acquisition of InsTech in 2025. The deal combined InsTech’s community of senior insurance executives with the firm’s US market presence and expanded its data science, research, and consulting capabilities for insurance clients.
